Our HRBP Lab program aims to create a space for HR Business Partners or those who want to become one where the core competencies of the role can be surfaced and strengthened. Whilst keeping the individual contexts and pragmatic options in mind that are needed to build and develop the role in your organisation. Our development program entails a full program to leverage your full potential in the role as well as three specialization packages and individual options to learn as you need. We customize content for businesses on demand to ensure the best fit for purpose.
Training is available for individuals or through corporate-sponsored cohorts.
Community & Peer Support
People work is better when we learn together. Our private HRBP community connects professionals around the world to share experiences, ask questions, and build solutions together. The HRBP Lab was created by two people leaders with deep experience supporting business functions, developing HRBP teams, and building HR capability frameworks. After years of watching the different HRBPs struggles and development opportunities, the two co-creators were inspired to create a scalable solution that empowers HR professionals everywhere to grow into influential, strong partners to the businesses they are working in:
