Whilst keeping the individual contexts and pragmatic options in mind that are needed to build and develop the role in your organisation.

A development program is a great beginning. We introduce tools and frameworks along the way and continuously reflect on how new approaches can shape the HRBPs´ reality in their context. Meet the co-creators

The HRBP Lab was created by two people leaders with deep experience supporting business functions, developing HRBP teams, and building HR capability frameworks. After years of watching the different HRBPs struggles and development opportunities, the two co-creators were inspired to create a scalable solution that empowers HR professionals everywhere to grow into influential, strong partners to the businesses they are working in:

With a background in HR Business Partnering and People Development, Doru has built and led teams across different organisations and industries. 

As an experienced P&O leader, his approach mixes operational clarity, driving leaders through change, aligning cross-functional processes and a focus on growing people into strong partners for the business.

Co-creator HRBP Lab

Doro is an experienced People & Organization leader, with a background in organizational psychology and senior HR roles across the tech sector. 

Known for expertise in organizational development, HR strategy, change management and talent development, she brings a blend of psychological insight and business acumen to building people-centered cultures.
